Not covered by extended health care benefits but can be covered by an HSA account.

Are there side effects?

Since your body is detoxing, you might notice an increase in urination, feel a bit tired, or get a mild headache. These are temporary as toxins clear.

What should I wear?

Please wear loose, comfortable clothing. Avoid tight leggings or jeans so your circulation stays free after the session.

How do I prepare?

Avoid large meals 2 hrs before your session. Hydrate well, avoid alcohol and limit caffeine for 24 hrs prior. View the Before & After Care section here.

How often should I come?

To help reduce bloating and to keep a healthy flowing body and lymphatic system recommended to visit every 4 to 6 weeks.

Before & After Care

Pre-Care
 

1. Avoid heavy meals 2 Hrs prior to your treatment
2. Hydrate 24 hrs prior to your treatment 
3. Avoid alcohol 24 hrs prior to your treatment
4. Limit Caffeine and sugar 24 hours prior to your treatment
5. Take a shower prior to your treatment to avoid any creams or oils.

Post-Care
 

1. Avoid heavy meals 1-2 hours after treatment and eat an anti-inflammatory diet 
2. Drink lots of water, 3-4 litres a day, for up to 72 hrs 
3. Add electrolytes to your hydration routine to help avoid headaches
4. Avoid alcohol and caffeine for up to 72 hours 
5. Avoid strenuous exercise after treatment
