What is a Buccal Facial?
BLD is a deep massage technique for your face where the practitioner works on your buccinator muscles and deeper tissue from both the outside and inside of your mouth using gloves.
Why inside the mouth?
Intraoral Buccal Facials allow the practitioner to reach deep muscles that a regular facial can’t touch. This helps release heavy tension and sculpts.

Does it hurt?

Can I get botox/fillers?
Generally, you need to wait 2-4 weeks after getting injectables before having a buccal massage, which involves deep manipulation. Doing it too soon could potentially displace fillers or interfere with the settling of Botox.
